The Azerbaijani national team was drawn into Pool B of the 2011 CEV European Championship that will be held from September 22 to October 2 in Italy and Serbia.
A total of 16 national teams were drawn across four pools for the final round of the 2011 CEV European Championship, which will be held in two Italian and two Serbian cities (Monza, Busto Arsizio, Belgrade, Zrenjanin).
The Azerbaijani team will face tough opposition from Italy, Turkey and Croatia. The national team will open the Championship against Turkey on September 23 and will challenge Italy on September 24. Pool B concludes with Azerbaijan facing Croatia on September 25.
Pool B games will be played in the Italian city of Monza.
